If you or someone you love cannot afford healthcare coverage or have lost insurance eligibility due to furloughs, layoffs, or job loss, you may be eligible for our Self-Pay Membership program.

The Self-Pay Membership program is specifically designed for those who do not have health insurance, offering Complete Physical Exams, General Lab Panels, In-Office Visits, TeleHealth Appointments, and more for as low as $79 per month.
